Inert Soviet 100mm BM20 APFSDS-T tank round

For sale is an all original, inert Soviet 100mm BM-20 APFSDS-T cartridge used on the D-10T cannon, used on tanks like the T-54 & T-55. A truly impressive early Cold War tank round, coming in at just over 3ft tall and weighing just slightly under 30lb.

Projectile consists of 3 original unfired sabots, an unfired but scrap recovered penetrator & the only replica piece of this cartridge, the thin copper drive band that holds the sabots together. The dart was manufactured at factory code 33, batch number 28 in the year of 1981 (33-28-81). The projectile had the steel nose unscrewed and the Tungsten core removed via a torch, leaving the nose of the projectile with its paint burned off and the core missing. Nose still unscrews just fine. All the remaining paint is original to the projectile.

The brass case is in unfired condition & no primer present and I believe it was manufactured in 1960. In near mint condition with only one small dent in the side of the case. Also included is what might be the correct cotton powder bag that would be wrapped around the fins and base of the projectile to maximize the propellant load inside the casing. It may also belong to a similar 100mm APFSDS, but an interesting extra artifact nonetheless.
