REDUCED Vintage (1982-83) Parker Cutlery Co folding tanto lockback

Another Christmas unicorn: rare, unused Parker Cutlery Co Eagle brand folding tanto, made in Seki Japan. This is BIG lockback: 5 inches/12.5 cm closed; 8 13/16ths inches/22.2 cm open; sharpened portion of blade 3 1/2 inches/9 cm. Weight: 7.4 ounces, 211 grams. Nickle silver bolsters and pins with brass liners; Sambar bone stag scales; long "French" nail nick that functions as a fuller. STRONG spring with a nice snap and rock-solid lockup. Factory edge that is still razor keen after 40 years, with a nice wavy hamon showing the differential heat treatment. A real pocket samurai blade. I've handled a lot of the better Parker models over the years, and this is the finest I've seen; rare at all and especially so in Canada.
