Primos Jelly Head 12 gauge INVECTOR PLUS

I have a new in the box 12 gauge Jelly head choke for shotguns threaded for INVECTOR PLUS. 
 

I have attached a photo of the back of the box, please read before purchasing. The green rings on the choke are not damaged but have just moved from the divots they sit in, they can simply be fixed when open and have no affect on choke performance.
