MAUSER ZF41 SCOPE/SIGHT ADAPTER

Turn your Mauser 98 or similar Mauser into a great sniper/target with this is a high quality reproduction of a rare German WWII zf41 mount adapter base. These are very difficult to make because of the number of machining operations required and expertise needed, and it is of superb craftmanship. Unlike other zf41 bases it does not require a gunsmith to remove and reinstall the rear sight base. It takes about 10 minutes to install without any special tools, as it simply replaces the rear sight leaf. This rare unit is documented in well known publications. I have a z-f41 scope and mount currently listed as well that would complement this unit very nicely. 

As you can see from the pictures of the unit mounted to the site base (site base is only for demonstration not for sale) it easily fits to the barrel with out modification.
