MDT bottom metal and magazines for Howa 1500 grendel

hi. i have a very lightly used MDT bottom metal for a howa 1500 mini in 6.5 grendel. list price $215 new however no longer available from MDT.

i also have three MDT 10-round magazines in grendel for the above bottom metal. also no longer available; last price i could find was $180 each new.

it all adds up to $755 new; i'll take $650 shipped for the lot of it.
