Valmet Hunter Safety with Extended Thumb Lever. 

These were only offered with the 30-06 Hunter but it will fit other calibers such as the 308 and 223.

The extension on the lever makes it much faster to use than the standard version. It also comes with the applicable lower receiver pin that is slightly longer than standard. 

Another feature is that the lever also has a notch cut into it from the factory to hold the bolt open.
