I have for sale on consignment a Colt 1889 Army & Navy. This is one of the very first swing-out cylinder designs ever made and is one of the most modern antique revolvers you can legally own. It is in excellent condition, retaining beautiful original blueing and showing no major mechanical wear. It also comes with an original Colt factory letterconfirming it was shipped in 1892.
Mechanically, it is mint — perfect timing, solid lockup, smooth action, and a perfect bore. The seller also has videos of it shooting and functioning, showing how well this antique runs. It remains a very rare and highly desirable collector’s piece.
Chambered in .41 Long Colt, which can be reloaded or purchased online. If you need brass or dies, just contact me.
