Manufactured in 1875, with 2 documents confirming it. Found a ser specific one online for one 400 numbers higher so that's how I know it's 75/76.

HC Collection sells the 41 short brass & .395 or .400 round ball both chamber & shoot. 

These were made for the longer 41 long rf which is no longer made. So 41 RF short will make for light loads well under the proof pressures. 

These were manufactured from 1871-1876, they started production before the colt new line. The colt new line began afterwards from 1874 to 1879. This one's an 1875 so would of been built at the same time that year.
