Sako 85 Bavarian 300 WinMag *sold*

Very accurate hunting rifle. It has been with me on several successful elk hunting trips but it is now time to pass it on as I got myself something else. 

Extremely accurate with Barnes 180gr ttsx factory ammunition (one hole 3-shot groups!). It will shoot several other ammunition under an inch no problem as well.

Beautiful well figured walnut stock. This is a hunting rifle and as a result it does have nicks and scratches on the wood, it has character. The metal has no blemishes and is in very good condition. I am particular about my firearms and maintain them religiously. Any time this gun saw moist conditions, it has been disassembled and cleaned/lubricated right after. 
This Sako has been sent in to Corlanes a few years back to have the Decelerator red pad installed as the factory Sako pad is like a hockey puck. As a result the 300 win mag recoil has been tamed down to 30-06 level.
