Up for sale is a 2007 Marlin 1895GS in 45/70 (Guide Gun in Stainless)
Based on the serial number and the barrel marking this is one of the final JM marlins that was manufactured before the sale to Remington in late 2007.
This rifle is tapped to take a rail which is included as well as the spur to cock the hammer when a scope is fitted.
Rifle is in really good shape, however it did take a ding on the barrel at some point in it's life (see the final photo).
Open to offers or partial trades. Looking for something in 6.5 Creedmoor for long range, double-barrel coach guns, semi-auto 12 ga, or a bundle of a few firearms. I'm always interested in trying something new.
