This is a Danzig built Mauser 71/84 rifle, MFD 1887. All matching serial numbers down to screws. Regiment number on buttplate tang. Some patina on the metal surface, a lot of blue finish remaining. No live rust or pitting. Wood also in great condition, no cracks or other major damage. Factory cartouche on buttstock is clear and sharp. Action works well.
