NO TRADES. Only marking on the metal is “THEATE FRERES” and “GOVERNMENT TESTED FOR SMOKELESS POWDER” on the barrels. 12 gauge side by side with 16 inch barrels. Action locks up tight and crisp. Everything feels solid.  Both locks cock and click A1. Firing pins present. Butt stock is Brinks marked. I have no idea on the initial procurement of this shotgun, but Brinks went international in 1927 with a centre in Montreal. That time frame seems appropriate for this era of shotgun manufacture. Some holes drilled in the wood under the forestock? Perhaps this was mounted or presented upright in a case? Bores look very good. I haven’t personally fired it but have no indication that it wouldn’t work. $500 FIRM PLUS ACTUAL SHIPPING. PAL will be validated online with the CFC. Local pick up may be possible in Oshawa at the 401. I will be at the Orangeville Gun Show Dec 7th if you want to view it there.
