Unfortunately, this guy is a flaky buyer. Not serious at all. Barters you down, then you accept his offer, and ask for PAL info and payment, and he ghosts you. I waited a full 24 hours before sending him a reminder to send me his PAL info, and payment, still nothing 3 days later. I can even see that he logged on 15 hours ago too from the active members list. So no excuses. What was it that made him back out though, that I asked for payment, or that I asked for the info off his PAL???
