The IER stands for Intermediate Eye Relief, but if you're in the market for such an optic you likely already know that this scope provides longer eye relief than most. This one is lightly used; in great condition.

I would rate it a 9/10 with only the faintest hint of ring marks. It is lightweight and the image quality good and sharp. Leupold certainly knows how to build a nice scope.
