Picked up Pic Rail from MDT sale, so those have to go. Installed on a range gun and have never taken out to wilderness. Whole kit would go for $110 + tax. Selling for $50. Buyer pays shipping, but no more than $15. If it's cheaper than I'll pass the saving to you, if it's more expensive I'll eat the difference. 

Appears to be medium height, for 30mm optics. Those are 1 piece mount, which means no more wiggling trying to get those pesky 2 piece mount aligned. Anti-cant indicator is in a convenient-to-view location so you can make sure your rifle is always levelled.
